From a series of 'transfixed object' images taken around Mildura for the show 'The Articulate Object' at Mildura Arts Centre, 2016.
I developed the technique in the studio over the previous year and exhibited those works in 'Worn Objects' 2015. Light and colour in the Mallee is both bright and subtle, I hope this 'floating' leaf captures that.
